TEA AND LOVE FOR CARERS - A new church led group called TLC is starting on 3rd May, and then every Tuesday, from 2.30 to 3.30 pm in the MP. Some of us have cared for loved ones and know how demanding it is, and we feel called to support carers in our city. We are looking for others to back us in this - by prayer, by offering to come to chat or make tea from time to time, or by giving us cakes/ scones/ treats occasionally. I am a bit busy with preparation for next Sunday just at the moment, but really looking forward to the service, so don’t miss out on this really important time for us all here at St Paul’s.
This week we begin the season of Lent, so do take time to think what you might do to mark the season. It is a very special and important time of year for us as we prepare to celebrate Easter. There are a number of things for Lent mentioned on this sheet!
