OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD SHOEBOXES Here’s a reminder to start looking round for things to put in. The organisers have suggested that because the Olympics are going to be in the UK next year, we might like to do Sports themed boxes. There are several ways you can give your shoebox an Olympic twist this year…
GIFTS: You might want to include a tennis ball, skipping rope, baseball hat, small football, inflatable beach ball, stop watch, sweat bands, toy medals to bring a smile to a child!
BOX: You could even decorate your shoebox with Olympic stickers or drawings.

From Murray’s Diary
It was good to see people in church last week who had been invited to the service for Back to Church Sunday. Let’s continue to pray for those we know who have not yet found faith in God. We live in a time when there is great pressure to abandon faith, so we also need to pray for each other that we may have courage to remain firm and be ready to share what we know.
