From Murray
We had a great time in the
South of France staying in the flat under our friend’s house with its staggering
views of tree clad mountains and limestone crags. We enjoyed a few days out using the local
buses going to Grasse which is the nearest large town with a number of museums
celebrating the perfume industry and to other nearby medieval towns and
villages. We also went out with Peter
and Helen down to Cannes and out west of Grasse to some wonderful hilltop villages
with amazing views. It was a great
holiday with plenty of time to relax and even time for me to enjoy a few swims
in our friend’s pool!
Thank you for my birthday cards
and greetings, and for the cards and messages of support around the time of my
Aunt’s funeral, I really have appreciated your care and support. All the arrangements for Molly’s funeral worked
out very well but it will take a while to catch up with everything in my head.
