BARBARA would like to express her thanks to those who prayed for her and to let you know that she has settled in Overdale very well. Barbara has been able to take part in Christian services taken by a local church within the home and has made some new friends. Although she’s still not well, the improvement is amazing! Praise God! Her room is No. 21 on the 2nd floor if friends would like to visit, but Barbara would appreciate a little notice first as she is joining in some of the organised activities. If anyone would like to call Barbara on 2550257 the home staff will take a phone to her.

Exciting week at Newfield!
People from a number churches in Sheffield are putting on exciting events at a number of schools including Newfield during the first week in July. The theme is ‘Make Your City Shine’ – encouraging young people to do something good to make the city a better place. The events include music, drama and sport and will take place in schools through the week with an event on the Friday night at the 02 Academy to which church youth groups are also invited. Please pray for the events and those leading them.
