VINE
TIME Just to say a bit
more about what happens at these services!
Our aim is to share together as God’s Holy Spirit leads, so there is quiet
time for prayer and contemplation as well as songs, bible readings and also
time to share encouragements and concerns.
It’s great, come along and try it!
1st WEDNESDAY The group will
now be having a meal out in August to avoid clashing with M.U.’s meal in July.
M.U. MEMBERS Please see Jacqui for details of the M.U. outing
for a meal in July. THE MARY SUMNER
DAY SERVICE will be held at Doncaster Minster on Friday 9th
Aug. at 2pm.

SENIOR
CITIZENS SERVICE - TO ALL AT ST PAUL ’S
Thank you so much for your donation of $100
which has been deposited in the SCS UK account. We are most grateful for
your continued support. Without your help it would be impossible to continue
supplying essential medication, nurse and doctor care to our older destitute
citizens. I can assure you that all expenditure and medicines are closely
monitored by me and all donations are used to their maximum effect.
Thank you and God bless you all for your
support.

From Murray
We have just had a fantastic Leaver’s Service for Mundella Y6 –
marking the very significant move for the children from Primary to Secondary
schools. We had great fun and the
children were very open in talking about the worries and fears and well as the
thing they were looking forward to – the feet they made and decorated should on
a table at the side of church for you to see.
It felt a very significant time – for the children, the teachers and the
parents and grandparents who are able to attend – as one mum said: “I
needed a tissue… they’re not babies anymore!”
Thank you so much to Liz
for organising it!
