Thank you to all who took part in our Pentecost service last Sunday and to those who remembered to wear something red!  I found the part where we went outside for the fire particularly memorable this year.  How might we continually seek to be filled with God’s Holy Spirit?

MARGARET   Many thanks for all your support and prayers over the last four weeks without which I couldn't have coped as well as I have. Love Margaret

FOODBANK  Had a fairly busy session processing 15 vouchers.  Robert spoke to a client who had very poor health and had come because his benefits had stopped because of a change of address.  On a lighter side the cookery club made a pasta bake and tomato soup.  Robert enjoyed them both as did the clients.  Cookery club is becoming a great success.

The foods they are currently short of are: milk, juices, pasta sauce, sugar and tinned spaghetti.

FOODBANK VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! The Foodbank collection at Tesco on Abbeydale Road has been changed from Thursday 3rd to Saturday 5th July. Could you please have a word with Robert to sort out a time and let Murray know.
